 Participant Obligations
- Attend Program meetings and be available for various homeowner visits. The visits include an
Assessment Visit,
Agreement Visit,
Punch List Visit,
Inspection Visit.
- Prepare your home for construction (i.e., move any furniture, remove window treatments and decorations) and perform any pre-work that may be required.
- Be present or assign a responsible designee to be at the home during construction.
- Grant an Avigation Easement to the Airport (Conn-DOT) and sign the
Homeowner Participation Agreement.
